Our villa has a privileged location, inside a safe, tranquil, gated community surrounded by a professional 18 hole Golf Course and just 10-15 minutes walking distance to the beach and to "La Quinta", where you will find great shopping and entertainment. You are also close to a tropical bird aviary, and small but impressive Mayan ruins.
The massive swimming pool wraps around the back of the villa and faces the ocean. You can relax on a sundeck and use informal dining areas set around the backyard, surrounded by exotic flowers, plants, and large swaying palm trees.
There is also a formal dining area indoors, served by a modern and spacious kitchen, with granite countertops and beautiful islands that have gorgeous views. Guests can get pumped in an indoor fitness center, as well as a squash court.

Getting to the Riviera Maya is very easy. Cancun International Airport (code CUN) is located 52 km north of our villa (Playa del Carmen) and is served by all major International Airlines with direct or nonstop service from almost anywhere around the world.
Once you arrive to Cancun airport, we provide complimentary transportation to the villa (1 round trip for stays of 4 or more nights).
