This villa is located in a resort development covering an area of 4500 acres located just 15 minutes south of the vibrant town of Tamarindo Beach. This resort offers a multimillion dollar beach club, horseback riding, tennis courts, golf and spa access  The villa is an exquisite, recently-renovated beachfront estate that can accommodate up to 24 guests.

The villa consists of a six-bedroom main house, a one-bedroom two-story private cottage, lush tropical grounds, and a brand new oversized custom infinity pool with a luxury sun terrace, Jacuzzi, and shaded barbeque rancho with a dining area.

Interior spaces are flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that line the ocean-facing side of the home. The wide terraces span the seaward side of the villa are furnished for lounging and dining, providing plenty of options for the outdoor living that you dream of enjoying on a tropical vacation in Costa Rica. Inside, the villa is fully equipped with all luxury amenities such as air conditioning, wi-fi and, cable television. Our villa is fully air conditioned.

If you’re a golfer, you won’t want to miss our amazing 18-hole golf course and our beach club which features an infinity pool, a gymnasium, a wellness center, and a children’s play area all right in front of one of the area’s best surf breaks. The 5-star JW Marriott Resort on the property offers a variety of spa options and is only a few minutes from our villa.

Housekeeping is provided daily except for Sundays and a full laundry in the home is available for guest use.

Our Concierge is the local expert at getting you connected with area event planners who will make your special event or celebration something no one who attends it will ever forget. We also handle transportation, know the best in-home chefs, and can help you arrange for the tours and activities you don’t want to miss.

One of the best aspects of this villa is that the beach right outside your door is extremely private. If your're looking for privacy at the beach this villa is for you.

Please note there is $10 per person per day fee for use of the beach club.  This fee can be used for any drinks or snack you purchase. This fee does not apply for children children under 12 years old.
