This villa sits at the end of an adventure-lover’s drive up a hill that overlooks all of Tamarindo, and offers a 300 degree panoramic view of Tamarindo Bay and the rolling green hills of Guanacaste as they fade into the distance. Enormous windows throughout all parts of this property make nature’s scenery the most artwork, and allow you uninterrupted enjoyment of the tropical surroundings during your vacation.

This spectacular brand-new property is comprised of 7 independent structures, 6 of which are cottage-style bedrooms (each with its own bathroom, private porch, and sitting area) and 1 of which is a stunning common area. Two of the private cottages are furnished with king sized beds and offer a view of the Pacific horizon to the west. Four of the cottages, two with two king beds and two with two queens, face east overlooking the jungle-covered hills.

The villas common area is lined on three sides with sliding glass doors which you can open to the sea and mountain breezes or close to enjoy the air conditioning. All internal areas of the home are air conditioned, have wi-fi, and multi-language television service. Comfortable couches invite you to relax in the common area, and a unique wood dining table milled from a single giant tree is where you and your family and friends will enjoy meals together. A full bar area in this part of the home is prepared to host your parties, with wine and bar refrigerators, fully stocked glassware cabinets and lots of space for preparing your favorite cocktails. The kitchen is especially designed for catering gourmet meals to a full house. It is set apart from the bar and living area, placing everything your chef needs in a compact space that facilitates ease and efficiency. 

An outdoor common area spans the front side of the villa. Here on this sunny terrace you can bask on the comfortable poolside loungers, submerge yourself in the pristine infinity pool, sip something chilly on the tanning ledge or relax in the bubbling whirlpool. The colors of the tropical sunsets that explode across the panoramic screen of the ocean and sky in front of you will amaze you most of all. Watch the clouds turn kaleidoscope colors during epic rainy season sunsets that last long after evening has begun. Slip out of sleep early and meet the morning here above the waking town, with the invigorating breeze and a warm mug of Costa Rican coffee.
