Our resort is a beautiful place composed of houses, shops, pedestrian streets, plazas, parks, and recreational facilities. All elements are arranged to produce a series of wonderful, walkable public spaces interwoven with the natural environment. The architecture is adapted for outdoor living. Motorized vehicles are refreshingly absent. The comings and goings of residents and visitors enrich the scene. Every street leads to an overlook of the picturesque landscape. Each home frames incredible views.
One side of our resort is embraced by over 1,000 acres of tropical dry forest, with spectacular hills and valleys that afford extensive hiking and biking. On the other side is the Pacific Ocean, where two of the finest beaches in Costa Rica offer swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding, kayaking, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling.
This villa begins outside, where the streetfront, elevated patio provides a connection back to the ocean while maintaining privacy. A refreshing pool is set back towards the home, giving it a more secluded location. Inside, the living space and full kitchen open up to a covered alfresco dining area that overlooks the ocean.
Set along Paseo del Mar, the home perfectly embodies beachfront living. The interior showcases modern fixtures alongside a cozy, bungalow style, with wood trim, white furniture, and stainless steel appliances.
Four full bedrooms provide sleeping for up to 9 guests, one of which is a more whimsical stacked bunk bed room perfect for the kids to stay in together. The master bedroom boasts a covered terrace with Pacific Ocean views, a peaceful space to spend early mornings or evenings.
A rooftop terrace completes the space. Perched on the top of the home, the terrace is large enough to accommodate the whole family gathering for sunsets after long, fulfilling days out exploring.
To ensure a care-free vacation, a dedicated Housemom will manage all of the tasks, preparing breakfast and light snacks with guests ingredients, and coordinating housekeeping while you are out enjoying sunset barbecues on Playa Danta, guided mountain biking trips on the trails, or diving off the Islandsc cliffs.
