This penthouse includes 3,000 square feet of living space. It has views of the ocean from the great room and grand deck in addition to views of the estuary, wet lands and mountains from the bedrooms. Each bedroom is a suite with its own full bath. The large and beautifully equipped kitchen is complete with a Bosch dual fuel range and all Bosch appliances. Air conditioning is provided by a 2-zone Trane system. The large and separate laundry room has a full sized Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer.

This home overlooks the spectacular Langosta Beach Club. You will have full membership privileges during your stay in our home. It features a beautiful infinity edge pool overlooking the most family friendly beach in the area. The club also has a pool and ocean side bar, private cabanas, service on the beach, complete fitness center and exercise classes. There is a full service concierge to plan any excursions or provide any help that you may need.

This home features some of the highest quality construction found anywhere. The entire home is concrete and steel with no dry wall. The floors are a beautiful travertine limestone. Even the baseboards are travertine. All of the ceilings are hand sanded and rubbed teak. The walls are covered with Venetian stucco instead of paint for an old world look and feel of quality. All of the cabinetry is custom crafted teak as well as the doors, woodwork, window and door surrounds.

The master sound system has speakers in each room where the volume can be individually controlled. The ceiling in the great room, bedrooms and grand deck are all vaulted. The grand deck has sections for living, dining and lounging as well as a spa, a Vermont Castings grill and prep sink.
