Our 3,000 square penthouse is located on the third floor of a beach condominium. This is a 10 unit boutique condo at the heart of the Tamarindo Preserve. It is located within 40 yards of the Langosta Beach Club at which you will have full membership privileges during your stay. The club is built on the nicest beach in the area and includes an infinity edge pool overlooking the warm Pacific, a full gym, exercise and dance studio, private cabanas, pool and ocean side bar.

There is full on site concierge service for guests.

The home is a study in excellence and attention to detail. You will immediately be struck by the travertine limestone floors and vaulted solid teak ceilings. The wrap around deck is accessed by four sets of pocket doors with the same floor and ceiling as the inside. Casablanca fans keep the deck comfortable and allow you to enjoy the year round indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Costa Rica's Gold Coast. The deck has a full living area, lounging area, dining area, Vermont Casting gas grill with prep sink and even a spa.

There are three master bedroom suites, each with their own full baths. Two of them have their own outside sitting areas overlooking hundreds of acres of a nature conservancy. There is another half bath off of the great room. The kitchen features high end Bosch appliances and a wide selection of kitchenware from Williams Sonoma. Also included is a full laundry room with Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer. The air conditioning is 2-zone Trane central air.

This amazing location is just far enough away from the center of Tamarindo to escape the noise and congestion, while being a 7 minute walk to the action on the road or beach. The list of available activities in the area is almost endless and includes surfing, sailing, snorkeling, diving, sunset cruises, sport fishing, horse back riding, canopy (zip line) tours, hiking, bike tours, quad (ATV) tours and many, many more.
