The villa was expanded with a complete ground-up rebuild in 2021. It is decorated using many local woods with the wood furnishings being custom designed and built right here in town. When you pull up to this home you will immediately be impressed with the contemporary and open design. Sitting privately on the edge of the jungle, there is a gated front courtyard/patio with a large pecan tree where the Scarlet Macaws will greet you with their daily visits.
This villa consists of three floors. All with excellent open views, floor to ceiling windows, balconies and ample furniture everywhere. No expense was spared in adding quality finishes and design to every detail. The villa measures more than 4400 square feet of living space with a main level open kitchen, dining, great room and balcony that will charm the most discerning visitors.
Available to you is maid service every other day during Covid and a full-time concierge to arrange excursions in and around the area, or assist you with any personalized requests you may have.
