The villa sits atop a small bluff elevated 200 feet above the beach, which allows you the hear the sounds of the breaking waves while relaxing at the pool or on one of the many balconies.  In addition to the spectacular ocean views, the wildlife in full view from the villa is amazing. You will see squirrel monkeys, white-faced monkeys, sloths, flocks of toucans, and many spectacular lizards along with many species of birds, Don't be surprised if some of these animals join you for breakfast!

The villa is approximately a 15 minute walk to the public beach (part of the walk is uphill) or a five minute car ride. As there are not many homes of this quality, or for that matter homes at all that are in walking distance to the beach, this property is a real find. 

The infinity edge pool is a great place to watch the amazing sunsets that only Costa Rica can provide. There are stools in the pool and there is a swim-up bar, so no need to get out of the pool while you enjoy a drink.
