For peace of mind, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance protects your non-refundable payment should you need to cancel due to a covered reason. From cancelled flights or unexpected health issues of a traveler or a loved one that prevents you from going on your trip, to lost or stolen luggage, travel insurance is your safety net. Additionally, if a family member requires a medical procedure while abroad, these items and much more are covered by travel insurance. Plan for the unexpected! Please refer to link on the bottom on our homepage for easy access to Travel Insurance. Alternatively, please contact CSA Travel Protection at 1-800-348-9505 and provide them with the following agent code: 20150114.
Absolutely. The villas are built so they can be occupied by two different groups at the same time. The villas have their own pool and individual facilities and are oriented in a way where you are secluded from the other villa. The estate is certainly large enough so privacy is a certainty.
We provide guests bottled water at no charge. While our villa does have filtration systems so it is no problem for guests to brush their teeth with the running water we recommend not drinking the tap water. Outside the villa guests should drink bottled water.
Visitors must have a valid passport at time of entry and have one page blank for entry stamp. A tourist visa is not required for stays less than 30 days, but a tourist card for approximately $10 is required which can be purchased at the airport upon entry.
